ovenfreshThus concludes 2 hours of baking. It was tiring and a bit frustrating, but fun. Measuring the ingredients, mixing them together with my hands (an icky process) and tada, soft and smooth filo pastry. Then the rolling, cookie-cuttering and spooning the filling. And 20 minutes later, freshly baked crumbly sweetness, ohhlala.
Grrr it rained all day and I was out for the most part. Means I need new shoes (ballet flats!). I also cleared out 5 bags of stuff from cleaning part of my room. It's awfully therapeutic and I actually wanted to stay at home this weekend and just do that. Well, ha to that. Short week ahead (and equally short sentences) = C:
